Iglesia Cristiana Sendero de Luz .
Durante su juventud, llegó a ser líder de jóvenes en varias iglesias, presidente
de jóvenes de un departamento que cubría toda la Florida, y
había viajado internacionalmente para ministrar. Durante estos años, conoció a la joven,
Sonia, su primera novia. Luego
de ser pastor de jóvenes, Dios lo llevó a ser un pastor asociado a los 18 años. También fue
el Secretario-Tesorero a nivel seccional y recibió sus credenciales de Ministro Ordenado.
En
el año 1997, contrató matrimonio con Sonia, la cual se graduó del Instituto Bíblico y
también estudiaba en la universidad. Esta fue una etapa de muchos cambios en sus vidas, pero con
su fe puesta en Dios y un deseo incansable de servirle, no miraron
hacia atrás. Juntos, sintieron el llamado a pastorear, y Dios les
permitió establecer esta iglesia. Durante
su pastorado, ademas de un bello hijo, Dios les dio una hermosa niña, y los dos estan activos en el ministerio de Juveniles.
Nuestros pastores trabajan secularmente como maestros de escuela pública y son parte integral de la comunidad local. Seguimos su ejemplo, lanzandonos a la comunidad para alcanzar la visión de llevar la luz de Cristo a nuestros prójimos. Les invitamos a unirse a esta obra.
Rev. Ricardo Orsini describes sensing the hand of God on his life, and says he knew that God would use him. That day, he told his father that he wanted to preach, and at the age of 12, he began sharing the Word of God.
During his teens, he was a youth leader at various churches, president of a youth department that covered all of Florida, and he had traveled internationally to minister. During those years, he met Sonia, his first girlfriend. Later, God led him to become an associate pastor at 18 years of age. He also became the sectional Secretary-Treasurer, and received his credentials to become an Ordained Minister.
In the year 1997, he married Sonia, now a college student who had also graduated Bible Institute. This was a time of many changes in their lives, but with faith in God, and an untiring desire to serve Him, they didn´t look back. Together, they felt the call to pastor, and God permitted them to establish this church. During their pastorate, in addition to a handsome son, God gave them a lovely daughter, both of which are active in our youth ministry.
Our pastors hold secular employment as public school teachers, and are an integral part of the local community. We follow their example, heading out into the community to achieve the vision of bringing the light of Christ to our neighbors. We invite you to join us in this effort.
